Award winning hospitality and essential facilities are just the start. We share a deep belief in sustainability and social responsibility with our airport partners and try to source responsibly from our suppliers whenever possible. These values help form our commitment to Social Responsibility and are present in everything we do, from how we operate to how we define our commitments.

Some of our recent highlights include the use of recycled leather from leather scraps for all pod and lounge upholstery at our latest locations, plant fibre or wooden/bamboo-based products and components instead of plastic ones, corrugated cardboard packaging or sustainable bamboo paper products and corn starch shower caps wherever we have shower or restroom facilities.

Since 2013 we have been supporting both local and international charities with donations of either surplus bed linen and blankets, or proceeds from charity events towards the Rainbow Children in Malawi.
